She is known for her outstanding service, her devotion to Real Estate and the care and concern she gives each and every client is apparent by her success. Carol has always lived in Southern California and spends her free time with her husband Jim and Kodi & Kiska, their 2 white huskies. Carol & Jim enjoy, Hawaii (their second home,) travel, cruising, classic cars, and crocheting blankets for all new babies. (In the last 20 years she has made over 300 blankets for clients and friends).
Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 1987. "is it in our clients best interest" is Jim's motto. Born and raised in Southern California and loves classic cars, travel, a good book and fine wine. Jim has pioneered marketing and management systems and increased the professionalism and quality of service in the real estate industry. Jim attributes his success to his high energy, strong ethical commitment, dedication to providing superb service and to his family, friends, and clients who have supported him along the way.

Kodi is the Team Leader. Jim & Carol are his personal staff and he manages to run most jobs on the road in the comfort of the backseat of his Ford pickup or his Ford galaxie convertible. Kodi always has time for anyone who stops by and he will give you his undivided attention. There is no one better when it comes to entertaining children.
Big Truck became a member of the Chamberlain Team October 1998 after months of negotiations with previous company. Big Truck has proven to be Buyers & Sellers best friend with handling numerous problems with hauling, loading and unloading furniture. Over the last 10 years Big Truck has worked for: Rotary Club, Fanning Elementary School, Brea-Olinda High School, Boy Scouts, just to name a few. In 10 years Big Truck has used well over a thousand time.
